Shipping policy

DISPATCH & DELIVERY

We endeavour to dispatch all orders within 1 business day, Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. During peak trading periods, including product launches and promotional events, please allow up to 1–3 business days for dispatch.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking details. Delivery timeframes are calculated from the date of dispatch and may vary depending on your location and the carrier network.

All Australian orders are dispatched from our Melbourne warehouse, Monday to Friday.

AUSTRALIAN SHIPPING

Australian orders are shipped via Australia Post, with Standard and Express shipping options available.

Standard Shipping

Free for orders over $149 AUD.
$10 AUD flat rate for orders under $149 AUD.
Estimated delivery: 3–5 business days from dispatch.

Express Shipping

$15 AUD flat rate.
Estimated delivery: 1–3 business days from dispatch.

Tracking information will become available once your parcel has been scanned into the Australia Post network.

NEW ZEALAND SHIPPING

Orders to New Zealand are available with Standard and DHL Express shipping options.

Standard Shipping

Free for orders over $350 AUD.
$30 AUD flat rate for orders under $350 AUD.
Estimated delivery: 8–15 business days from dispatch.

DHL Express Shipping

$40 AUD flat rate.
Estimated delivery: 3–8 business days from dispatch.

Duties & Taxes

Any applicable duties and taxes are calculated and collected at checkout where available. Please note that these charges are non-refundable in the event of a return.

Tracking information will become available once your parcel has been scanned into the relevant carrier network.

UNITED KINGDOM SHIPPING

Orders to the United Kingdom are shipped via DHL Express.

Shipping rates are calculated based on your order and delivery destination and will be displayed at checkout before your order is placed.

Estimated delivery: 5–8 business days from dispatch.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We ship to a range of international destinations outside Australia, New Zealand and the United Kingdom via DHL Express.

Shipping rates vary depending on your delivery destination and, where applicable, the weight of your order. The applicable shipping rate will be displayed at checkout before your order is placed.

CHANGE OF ADDRESS

Requests to update your delivery address must be submitted to hello@35mmco.com before your order has been dispatched.

Please ensure your shipping details are correct at the time of purchase. If an order is returned to us due to an incomplete or incorrect address, an additional reshipping fee may apply.

For Australian orders, the reshipping fee is $10 AUD. For international orders, the reshipping fee will be calculated based on your location.
