"The exterior of the album looks luxe, and easy to put your photos in. I was so excited to use this but unfortunately, the quality isn’t there. As I slotted in photos, I noticed that the binding was broken as the glue was not very strong and the album was coming apart. When I first reported it to 35 mm Co, I got a super quick response for a replacement which I’m really appreciative of. But the same thing happened with the replacement one too. 2 for 2 of the albumbs were fault, which you wouldnt expect for an item priced at a premium of $140"
