All of our cameras are sourced, restored and inspected by us personally. We aim to provide the highest detail in our product listings, and we work hard to ensure that all of our cameras are in full working order. That being said, we understand that problems may arise due to the nature of vintage items. 35mm Co will happily accept returns within 14 days of delivery if the item arrives defective, or if any initial faults are presented upon receiving your order. We highly recommend checking our FAQs page here, or reaching out if you are unsure how to operate your camera.
To make a return, please:
- Contact us within 14 days of delivery: email@example.com
- Ship the items back within 30 days of delivery
Refunds will not be granted for:
- Change of mind.
- Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for refund.
- The buyer does not contact us within 14 days of delivery.
If more than 14 days has elapsed since receiving your purchase, we will happily look at providing an exchange or appropriate remedy. If you’re having trouble with your order please reach out to us and we will gladly help you troubleshoot any issues. We also recommend viewing YouTube instructional videos as they’ll illustrate the functions of your camera.
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for the loss in value. We highly recommend using a tracking service as we will not be responsible for any parcels lost in transit.
Once your item is received and inspected, your refund will be processed (if approved) and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 3-5 business days. If you haven’t received your refund within 5 business days, please contact your bank/credit card provider to investigate processing times. If you have completed all of the above and still not received your refund, please contact us as firstname.lastname@example.org
